Out now on the Resonus Classics label, O Gemma Clarissima is a recording featuring motets in honour of St Catharine, sung by the College and Girls' Choirs, and directed by Fellow Dr Edward Wickham (2003).

Much of the music on this disc is previously unrecorded, and spans a century in which the cult of St Catharine was at its height - from an English Kyrie dating from close to the foundation date of the college, (1473) to a motet by the great Palestrina. Interleaved within the sumptuous polyphony, are plainchant sections from the Late Medieval English Office of St Catharine; music which might well have resonated in the first chapel of this College in the late 15th century.
