- On arrival report to the Porter's Lodge (located at the main entrance to the college), you will be given a key and directed to your room(s). It is generally possible to leave some bags in the small luggage room near the Porters Lodge if your arrival time is before 2pm and your room isn't ready. However please bear in mind that the college cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to any personal belongings.
- Guests are provided with a key that allows access to staircases and gates around College. Please ensure that these gates/doors are closed behind you to ensure the safety and security of other users of the College. Please note that the main gate of the College is closed from 11pm each night and your key fob will allow access back into College.
- Non-British nationals should ensure that they have their passport available when arriving at the College for registration purposes.
- Our wi-fi password can be found on an information sheet in your bedroom. If you have any issues please ask at the Porters’ Lodge.
- Breakfast is served in the College Hall at the following times:
Monday to Friday- 07.30- 9.00
Saturday and Sunday- 07.30- 9.30
Please note that room only rates do not include breakfast.
- On departure please check out of your room by 10am. A late check-out charge of £30 will be applied to your booking if you check out after 10am but before 1pm. A full night rate will be charged if you check out after 1pm.

- Car parking is not available at the College.
- University departments, public transport, shops and many of Cambridge's historic buildings are all within easy walking distance.

- All guests are asked to treat college staff and property with respect and conduct themselves in a manner befitting a historic academic institution, bearing in mind students and tutors may be working and living on site.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of all the College sites.
- The grass lawn in the Main Court is completely out of bounds to all visitors. Sherlock Court lawn is only available if booked for a drinks reception.
