Fellows' Update Form

Please use the form below to check that the College has up-to-date details for you. Starred fields are required, but all other fields are optional. Headers indicate which details will be used to ensure you are listed correctly in publications and communications, including your profile on the College website, and other data recorded in confidence for HR purposes and to enable the College to administer events that you attend. Data will be held according to the College's Data Protection Policy.

Many fields in this form may be irrelevant for Fellows who are retired/not employed by St Catharine's, in which case updates can simply be emailed to our Communications Manager at comms@caths.cam.ac.uk.
