St Catharine's Appoints Operations Director

St Catharine’s College is delighted to announce the appointment of Helen Hayward as our Operations Director, which is a new role in the College. 

Helen, who has a Masters in Engineering from Gonville & Caius, joins the College after 18 years with Arcadis UK, a consultancy for building design, environment, safety and industry business. Helen began as a junior consultant, and during her time with the company, she was promoted consistently until her final role as Commercial & Operations Director. Her responsibilities spanned strategic, commercial, site and facilities management, health and safety, recruitment and team development.

Speaking of her appointment Helen said “I am delighted to have joined St Catharine’s College at such an exciting time.  I have met many fantastic people over the course of my first week and am very much looking forward to working together to bring the vision of our College and its future to life.”
