St Catharine's College Hosts First Green Formal

Tomorrow evening St Catharine's will be hosting its first ever MCR Green Formal, which will be a celebration of local, plant-based food and drinks and an opportunity for all members of the MCR to engage in environmentally responsible food choices. This is part of the College's commitment to reducing its environmental footprint. 

The menu will be completely vegan, with all main ingredients sourced locally, and it will feature an additional pre-dessert course. British white wine and organic British apple juice will also be served.
