Maintenance & Compliance Manager

This is an exciting time to join the buildings and maintenance team at St Catharine's College as we look forward to creating our new College strategy which will involve the buildings and maintenance team playing an important role in delivering the building projects and maintenance activities to support our priorities. 

To ensure our team is well placed to deliver, we are now recruiting to the new position of Maintenance and Compliance Manager - this role will be involved in delivering exciting refurbishment projects and sustainable initiatives to efficiently enhance our estate.  We have clear plans to achieve net zero and this role will enhance a proactive and professional team to ensure we achieve our goals.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • extensive knowledge of building trades and maintenance.
  • excellent organisational and time management skills with a great eye for detail and project management skills. 
  • strong leadership experience, able to motivate and oversee the work of others.

Benefits and working arrangements

  • The role is a permanent, full-time post with hours of work as 37.5 per week.
  • Salary in the region of £45,000 - £47,000 FTE, depending on skills and experience.
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a six-month probation period.
