Alumni and friends can make a significant impact on College life and Catz students by enriching their education.
University fees only cover 28% of the College’s income each year. Your College subsidises each student every year by £5,000 to deliver the Cambridge education we all value. This creates an ongoing deficit for the College. Unrestricted gifts continue to be the most helpful way you can support St Catharine's, because they allow us to direct your gift to the highest priority area at the time it is received.
In addition we are focusing on increasing our support for undergraduate and postgraduate students, key aspects of College life and the refurbishment of Hobson's – and you may prefer to focus your support by specifying one of these projects.
