Caution Money Refund

Please use the form below to request a refund of your caution money. 

Caution money is refundable on graduation. An exception to this is made for postgraduate students in PHD programmes, who may claim back caution money once they are “approved for degree” per CamSIS. 

To receive a refund in month, a completed web form needs to be submitted to later than the 5th of that month. PLease note, we only make refunds to UK bank accounts. 

All refunds are made in accordance with our Caution Money Policy.
