The Mystery Shop programme celebrates excellence in customer service and involves two mystery shop visits to participating businesses to identify strengths and weaknesses. The most recent winners and runners up were announced at a ceremony at the Cambridge Union on 27 January 2022.
B&B accommodation at the College is available to book outside of term time for conferences, events and individual stays. From 2021, the College's Accommodation, Conference & Events Office has been responsible for managing the accommodation provided to both our students and external guests.
