Guest rooms are provided with small double beds and are ensuite (towels are provided). They are offered on a room only basis (breakfast is not included). All bookings are subject to availability.
St Catharine's Fellows use:
- There is no charge for the personal guest of a member of the Fellowship, but if a Fellow books the guest room on behalf of someone who is not their personal guest, the Accommodation Office should be informed of who will be paying for the use of the room.
- Bookings should be for no more than 3 consecutive nights.
- Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance of intended arrival
- The Guest Room should not be booked for people who are attending conferences or College reunion events.
- We do not permit guests aged under 16.
St Catharine's Alumni use:
- A room is available to Alumni to book for their personal use only (you may bring a partner).
- Alumni must not book the room for use by someone else.
- Bookings should be for no more than 3 consecutive nights.
- Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance of intended arrival.
- Charges will be applied and invoiced, via email, post departure.
- The Guest Room cannot be booked for the purpose of attending conferences or College reunion events.
- We do not permit guests aged under 16.
Worcester College (Oxford) Fellows use:
- Worcester College Fellows may book a guest room for themselves (you may bring a partner) for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights, free of charge.
- Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance of intended arrival.
Cancellations (where a charge is applicable)
The first night is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours days of the arrival date. If you cancel before this there will be no charge.
