The following form can be used to request permission for filming/photography/audio recording at St Catharine’s College properties.

General conditions
- Please note that fees may be applicable and should be discussed and agreed in advance with the Bursar.
- By completing this form you agree to follow the College’s filming policy and other policies (for example, no smoking). These policies are all available on the College website.
- The film should not contain any material of an explicit, offensive or illegal nature.
- Representatives of the College reserve the right to view the draft edit and ask for changes before the film is published anywhere.
- You will need to check in at the Porters' Lodge at the start and end of filming.
Health, safety, security and insurance
- By completing this form, you agree to pay for any damage caused to property due to any negligent acts or omissions, and provide proof of any public liability insurance specified in our filming policy.
- Depending on the scale of your production, you may be required to provide risk assessments and method statements. Where required these need to be reviewed and approved by the College’s Health & Safety Adviser in advance of filming.
- Our Health and Safety protocols require that you take reasonable care for both your own health and safety and that of others.
- The College will not be responsible for any equipment brought onto site and you should arrange appropriate insurance.
