From October 2024, any queries or requests for the Finance team about student billing at St Catharine's should be submitted using the College's new online Support Desk.

Before raising a ticket, the answers to many frequently asked questions can be found at the links below:

If you experience any issues accessing the Student Billing support desk, please contact IT or visit the IT team, K Staircase, off Sherlock Court.

  • Visit the sign up page to get started.
  • When prompted, select the option to continue with your Microsoft (@cam.ac.uk) account.

  • Enter your @cam.ac.uk email address and password.
  • When prompted, authenticate your log in. It may take up to thirty seconds to authenticate your log in, please be patient.
  • Please note, when using your Microsoft account to sign in to a site, always check that the URL on the log in page begins "https://login.microsoftonline.com"
