Short Contract (Island site, St Chad's, South Green Lodge)

Conditions: Students on long contracts must vacate their room over the Christmas vacation period (between 22nd December 2024 and 11th January 2025) but are permitted to leave their personal belongings in their room during this period. Rooms should be left tidy to allow for cleaning. The Easter vacation is included in the long contract, which means students are permitted to stay in their room during this period.
Vacation periods
Vacation periods are those dates that fall outside of the periods of residence detailed above. It is possible to apply to stay during these periods and students should look out for communications from the accommodation office as the end of each term approaches. Please note it is highly likely, if your application is approved, that you will be required to move rooms. Subject to approval and availability, rent for these periods will be charged at the vacation rate. Charges will be added to the subsequent bill following that period.
