Earlier this summer, undergraduate and postgraduate students at St Catharine's voted for their favourite food served by the College kitchen: some dishes are part of the wide range of options available at lunchtimes, while others only appear as a special treat during formal dinners known as 'formals'.
The catering team, led by the College's Catering & Conference Director Robert Jonas, has produced recipes for each of the most popular dishes so that the St Catharine's community can enjoy a taste of life in College while we are dispersed over the summer.
As Rob explains, "My team is proud that our dishes cater for the diverse needs of the St Catharine's community and help bring students, staff and Fellows together for informal mealtimes and more formal occasions throughout the year. We have missed playing our part in important milestones such as Graduation Eve Dinner and we hope that this mix of nutritious and delicious recipes will enable everyone to recreate a taste of Catz wherever they are in the world."
